江澤 徹 (以下 「当人」) は、iOSアプリ(ETMusicとTapMPlayer, ETMovie, My Rank) (以下 「本アプリ」及び本サービス)を開発・運用しています。

本アプリのご使用によって、本規約に同意していただいたものとみなします。下記をよくお読みください。

法令により認められた場合を除き、事前にご本人の同意なく、第三者に個人情報を開示することはありません。

個人情報の収集について

　・Appleが提供する、アプリの動作状況とGoogle社のFireBase(Analytics, Crashlytics)による

匿名の動作状況が収集されます。

　　収集された情報は本アプリの品質向上にのみ利用されます。

　・当アプリを利用しているデバイスに保存されているミュージック情報の取得はしておりません。

　　　(アーティスト名、アルバム名、曲名など)

　・問い合わせをいただく際に原因の特定を目的にバージョン情報、デバイス名、

　　使用状況などの情報をいただくことがあります。

　・広告はGoogle社のAdMobとAppLovin CorporationのAppLovin、株式会社ファンコミュニケーションズ社のnendを使用しております。

　・本サービスの課金機能実装のためRevenueCat, Inc.のRevenueCatを利用しています。

取得する利用者情報は課金レシート番号、購入アイテム、購入日時、課金有効期限です。

当人は、本アプリがユーザーの特定の目的に適合すること、期待する機能・商品的価値・正確性・有用性を有すること、

当人は、当人の都合により本アプリの仕様を変更し、または提供を終了することができます。

当人は本アプリの提供の終了、変更、または利用不能、本アプリの利用によるデータの消失または機械の故障もしくは損傷、その他本アプリに関してユーザーが被った損害につき、賠償する責任を一切負わないものとします。

Toru Ezawa("I", "my") operates the ETMusic, the TapMPlayer, the ETMovie, the My Rank iOS application ("the app", "this app").

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

**Information Collection and Use**

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to iOS version, Anonymous operating status to FireBase (Analytics, Crashlytics) by Google.inc, crash report, device name. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

I use Google's AdMob and AppLovin Corporation's AppLovin, FAN Communications, Inc.'s nend for advertising in this application.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

　・RevenueCat, Inc. is used to implement the purchase functionality.

The user information to be obtained is the billing receipt number, the item purchased, the date and time of purchase, and the billing expiration date.

**Log Data**

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
